ButohDance Immersion – EROS Lifeforce and Creation

In this transformative workshop, we will explore the deep mystery, of Eros as primal vital force, the energy of desire, passion, and creativity that lives within each of us. Eros is a living sensation within your body-mind, a vibration that radiates and brings your true essence into being.

Through the expressive and meditative art of Butoh dance, with guided movement, breathwork and other practices you will learn to connect with this powerful energy, allowing it to flow freely and express itself authentically in your dance.

We invite you to immerse yourself in a deep exploration, investigating in a liminal area, full of potential for new creations.

We will be hosted by beautiful place Waldhaus that offer accommodation in dormitory,  single/double room, seminar room, and a fully equipped kitchen, where we will cook together our meals. Basically meals will be vegetarian. We believe that daily life is deeply connected to our dance. So we invite you and we are happy to share with you this time of cooking and eating together in a cozy and friendly atmosphere.

YOUR FACILITATORS
Marius Soluna is a multidisciplinary artist and researcher in the field of visual poetry, body awareness and the healing potential of transformative dance.
His first encounter with Butoh dance was in 2005 at the Subbody School in the Indian Himalayas, a method that works with the subconscious, co-creation and resonance.
This was followed by further studies with various teachers in Europe – following the ritualized, shamanic approach to reconnect with the transcendental, ancestral and collective realm.
Since 2010, Marius Soluna has been developing his own methodology, which is constantly evolving. He regularly offers courses, seminars and performs in Europe.
In 2022 he organized the first Butoh Festival with international artists in Bern, Switzerland.
